Lindy is a self-serve AI employee. You connect your tools and ask it for work: finding answers, building decks, investigating problems, pulling reports and clearing busywork. Its site shows jobs such as an ad-spend teardown, support-ticket root-cause analysis and Stripe-to-ledger reconciliation, for teams in marketing, sales, support, finance, HR, ops and product.[1]
Where it shines is reach and a fast start. Lindy lists more than 1,500 integrations plus MCP and works in Slack, iMessage, email and a Chrome extension. You can start on a free plan with $50 in credits and no card. On security it states SOC 2 Type II and GDPR, with HIPAA, SSO and audit logs on Enterprise.[1][2][3]

We connect your systems, adapt the agent to how your business works and show your team how to use it. The agent works in Slack, WhatsApp and email, does the routine work and asks a person to approve before anything goes out. It costs €500 a month per agent, with a 3-month minimum and no setup fee.

Lindy bills monthly in credits. Everyday asks use 2 to 250 credits, deep work 250 to 1,000 and big builds 1,000 to 2,500. Monthly credits do not roll over, top-ups cost $10 per 1,000 credits, and credit-using actions pause when credits run out. Every active user in the workspace is billed.[2]
AI Setups charges a fixed €500 a month per agent, with a 3-month minimum and no setup fee. The bill does not change with the number of tasks or users.

Lindy says every active user in the workspace is billed. If all 10 people in a company are active users on the entry Team tier, that is 10 × $49.99 = $499.90 a month. If only one person uses it, it is $49.99 a month. Credits are on top of the tier: when they run out, top-ups cost $10 per 1,000.[2]
The same company with one AI Setups agent pays €500 a month, whatever the number of users or tasks. With two agents, €1,000 a month. Prices excl. VAT.
You do not have to choose one for everything. Some teams use a self-serve AI employee for one-off tasks across many tools and a set-up agent for one process that has to run the same way every day, such as the weekly report or lead follow-up.
