Leadster AB, Kommendorsgatan 5, Sweden, is the controller for the personal data described on this page. AI Setups is a service of Leadster AB.

Visits to this site are counted using Google Analytics and a counter running on our own server. These record the page requested, an approximate region derived from the connecting address, and the browser and device type. There is no advertising network on this site.

Signing in to the client portal is handled by Firebase Authentication, operated by Google, using either a Google account or an email address and password. Passwords are not visible to us. Where an account exists, our database holds the email address, name and profile picture reported by the sign in provider, an identifier for the login, a Stripe customer reference where applicable, and any text entered into the notes field of the portal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are submitted to Stripe and are not received or stored by us. Stripe reports the existence, plan and payment status of a subscription. Bookings made through the site are processed by Calendly using the name, email address and time submitted.

Firebase, Stripe, Calendly and Google Analytics are operated by their respective companies and may process data outside the European Union under the transfer mechanisms those companies publish.

Portal accounts and their contents are retained until deletion is requested. Records associated with a payment are retained for the period required by Swedish bookkeeping legislation and are not deleted on request.
