Fiksy is an AI employee for Dutch SMEs, offered under the name Arclinq. It covers four kinds of work. For email it replies in your tone, prioritises, follows up and summarises threads. For planning it books and moves appointments and prepares meetings. For research it writes market, competitor and trend reports. For admin it handles invoices, documents, data entry and exports.[1]
Where it shines is the live view: Fiksy works in a digital office that you can watch. It lists Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion and HubSpot as integrations, and says it is ready within 24 hours with nothing to install. Fiksy has local pages for about 20 towns in the north and west of the Netherlands, such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem, Utrecht and Alkmaar.[1]
