myflow is a business platform from Stockholm, made for solopreneurs and small teams. It bundles webpages, newsletters, e-signing, quotes, a CRM, a lead finder, time tracking, automations, forms, courses, coaching and a media library, and every plan includes all 16 features. Inside it sits an AI team: Flowie, a business assistant, hands work to eight specialists, including Paige (web designer), Scout (lead finder), Reach (email specialist) and Closer (sales assistant). You chat with Flowie in the web or mobile app, by writing or speaking.[1][2][3][4]
Where it shines is having everything in one place at a low price. Plans start at €19 a month, you can sign up and start yourself, and the site and pricing are available in Swedish and SEK. Most of its customer stories come from coaches, consultants and course sellers who replaced several tools with one.[2][3][8][9]
AI Setups sets up ready-made AI agents for SMEs with 2 to 100 staff. We start with the Operations Agent, which answers questions about the business, writes reports and drafts routine work, and the Lead Gen Agent, which finds new B2B leads and writes personal emails every day.
We connect your systems, adapt the agent to how your business works and show your team how to use it. The agent works in Slack, WhatsApp and email, does the routine work and asks a person to approve before anything goes out. It costs €500 a month per agent, with a 3-month minimum and no setup fee.
myflow replaces tools: your website, CRM, newsletters, quotes and courses live inside myflow, and the AI teammates work there. It uses mostly built-in tools rather than third-party integrations, and you can add your own mail server.[1][2]
AI Setups does not replace your tools. We connect the agent to the systems you already use and adapt it to how the business works.
myflow bills per account, by plan. Basic is €19 a month with one AI teammate, Essentials €49 with three and Pro €99 with all eight. Higher plans also raise AI usage, the monthly email limit and the number of admin seats. Paying yearly gives two months off.[2]
AI Setups charges a fixed €500 a month per agent, with a 3-month minimum and no setup fee.
myflow stores and processes all customer data inside the EU and offers a GDPR DPA on request. It uses OpenAI, Anthropic and Google models via API and says it does not train models on your data. It states openly that it holds no SOC 2 or ISO certification yet, with a SOC 2 audit planned.[5][6][7]
At AI Setups, hosting and data are agreed per customer.

A 10-person company on myflow Pro gets all eight AI teammates and 10 admin seats in one plan: €99 a month, or €990 a year. An own branded app adds €990 at App Store release.[2]

The two can sit side by side. A business can run its website, newsletters and courses in myflow and have an AI Setups agent handle one process across its other systems, such as the weekly report or lead follow-up.
