Digital Companions is run from Nijlen in Belgium by Kenneth Van Daele and Valerie Fornoville, with a team of six listed. Its agents are grouped in three suites. Marketing covers social posts, strategy, blogs and SEO, newsletters, web pages, ads and presentations. Sales covers deal files, outreach, CRM upkeep, quotes, objection cards and sales material. Customer service covers 24/7 answers, onboarding follow-up and a knowledge base. Its sales page says the sales conversation and closing remain human work.[1][2][6]
Where it shines is the approval list and the entry price. Every post, prospect mail, quote and reply waits for you to review, edit or reject it, and decisions are logged. Plans start at €100 a month, with no minimum term, and yearly billing is 20% off. Hosting and storage are in the EEA on Azure in the Netherlands, and an AI Act page and a DPA are available.[1][2][4][5]

Digital Companions is priced by plan: Start €100, Team €280 and Groei €520 a month, each with a credit capacity (3x and 6x Start for Team and Groei). What a credit covers, and what happens when credits run out, is not published. Monthly plans renew monthly, annual plans renew for 12 months, and a paid period is not refunded.[1][4]
AI Setups charges a fixed €500 a month per agent, with a 3-month minimum and no setup fee, so the bill does not depend on credits.
