The catalogue covers finance and administration, logistics and warehouse, HR onboarding and payroll, customer service in Dutch and English, sales and procurement, IT and compliance, shipping, inland shipping, offshore and paralegal work. Digi-Teams says all data and AI models stay on UNIT2 premises in the Netherlands, with the language model on its own hardware in IJmuiden and the agents on hardware at the client. Every external action needs human approval, with an audit log. A 10-person company with one Standard agent pays a setup fee of €1,200 and then €1,200 a month. Over the first 3 months that is 1,200 + 3 × 1,200 = €4,800. Digi-Teams does not say whether its prices exclude VAT, and these are 'from' prices.[3][4]
One AI Setups agent for 3 months is 3 × 500 = €1,500, with no setup fee. Prices excl. VAT. The agents differ, so compare what each one does as well as the price.
You do not have to choose one for everything. A company could use a specialised catalogue agent for a regulated process and an AI Setups agent for reports or lead follow-up in Slack or WhatsApp.
