CleverTech is a custom-software agency from Sleeuwijk, founded in 2023 by Bram Dokman. Its agents handle invoice, order and contract processing, lead follow-up by email and WhatsApp with scoring, outbound sales, appointment booking and a voice agent. It also builds RPA for data entry. Each agent is a project: process analysis, configuration, a pilot with real tasks, then go-live with monitoring and monthly reporting.[1][3]
Where it shines is integration. CleverTech lists HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Exact Online, SnelStart, King, Unit4 Multivers, Nmbrs, Yuki, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Mollie, Stripe, WhatsApp Business, Teams and Slack. It states EU data centres in the Netherlands and Germany, offers on-premise or private cloud, and publishes an AI Act page. It also builds custom software, priced separately.[1][2][4][5]
AI Setups sets up ready-made AI agents for SMEs with 2 to 100 staff. We start with the Operations Agent, which answers questions about the business, writes reports and drafts routine work, and the Lead Gen Agent, which finds new B2B leads and writes personal emails every day.
We connect your systems, adapt the agent to how your business works and show your team how to use it. The agent works in Slack, WhatsApp and email, does the routine work and asks a person to approve before anything goes out. It costs €500 a month per agent, with a 3-month minimum and no setup fee.
CleverTech does the setup as a project. A basic agent is live in 1 to 2 weeks, an advanced agent in 2 to 4 weeks and an enterprise agent in 4 to 8 weeks, per CleverTech. Setup costs €2,500 for a basic agent and €4,500 for an advanced one.[1][2]
AI Setups also does the setup. We connect the systems, adapt the agent to how the business works and show the team how to use it, with no setup fee.

You do not have to choose one for everything. A team could use a built-to-order agent for a process wired into the accounting system and an AI Setups agent for reports or lead follow-up in Slack or WhatsApp.
If you move from CleverTech to AI Setups, start with the one process you rely on most. We set that agent up first; you keep your own tools and accounts.
